Eligibility
Refunds are available for unused, unredeemed codes and licenses within 48 hours of purchase. Once a code has been activated or redeemed, it cannot be refunded.
Defective Products
If a code or license is defective (invalid, already used, or does not work as described), you are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the 48-hour window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, go to your order in the customer dashboard and click "Request Refund," or contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, activated license keys, and services that have been fully delivered and verified are non-refundable.
